Alhamdulillah.
At last week's award ceremony, I was crowned Best Student throughout the entire MBA program. This was not what I envisioned to be honest, being a somewhat just an average girl during high school.
But I now know nothing is quite impossible :)
When I first signed up for Masters' degree, I knew I was taking a risk. My double major degree was not entirely centered around business studies, and I knew at that point, I'd be struggling.
Before I stepped in, I was torn between taking up Masters offer from US, and this MBA. But the former was in the Psychology field, and my mom being a corporate lady herself, advised me to take up MBA instead. So I followed my mom's advice blindly, as although it might sound cheesy, I believe mom knows best.
And today, I can say I am proud I took that path. MBA was my turning point in life. I was bit lost during my degree, and alhamdulillah I found myself back while in the process of reaching my goal which at that particular point, was to finish up with first-class Masters degree. I found too, determination, which I never thought I had it in me.
In the process, my perspective towards life has since changed, in a good way. And now I am in the process of becoming a better person each day.
So to Graduate School of Management, UPM, kudos.
