Day after day we’re bombarded by “what are things supposed to be”, “what are we supposed to look like”, and “who are we supposed to be and be with”. From the movies to the magazines, we’ve been told about “what’s in and what’s not”.

For couples, we’ve been “educated” that hey it’s a norm to hold hands and to kiss in order “to express our love”. I mean, kiss on the cheek isn’t a big deal ey, ain’t at all until it has become a PDA (public display of affection) kinda thing. For the first-love couples, no longer they’re afraid to enter the field. No knowledge? No experience? No problem. Tonnes of songs “taught” us how to love anyway. The word sex as such, has been sugar-coated to “the way we MAKE LOVE”. And so most of us bought the idea. Pornography industry booms and so do babies, including the ones being dumped in the toilet, garbage bins, and god knows where else.

For singles, songs too can be “lethal”. Lyrics after lyrics describe about dirty stuffs so vivid that we can’t help but to imagine, and well, due to the cool beats...we sing to it, and dance. Including me of course.

But hey, what does that leave us with?

I'm scared.
